Venturing along a country road teaches values ... church, civic pride, love of country and love of each other. It makes a life lesson available from the window of your car.
Whether growing crops or wholesale azalea plants, our rich soils yield an abundance of productivity, like a bustling city.
But unlike a city, farmland keeps you in touch with the rain, or lack of, the wind, the temperatures, the seasons, the coming and goings of nature at a level a little more complex than a backyard patio.
